BAF Line

Robustness , efficiency and reliability high flow rate applications .

With optimized semi-axial impellers and efficiency up to 86%, BAF pumps guarantee continuous operation , energy savings , and simplified maintenance Back Pull Out system — ideal for sanitation and demanding industrial processes.

Designed to ensure high durability, reliability, and performance, the BAF line is ideal for processes requiring high flow rates with continuous and safe operation. Its reinforced construction ensures a long service life even under severe working conditions.

The pump can operate in horizontal or vertical positions, offering flexibility for different types of installations.
The transmission between the motor and pump can be done by direct coupling, pulley and belt, or cardan shaft.
In the horizontal configuration, the discharge flange can be positioned according to the installation needs.
In the vertical mounting, the design even allows installation on floats.
The bearings can be configured for oil or grease lubrication, depending on the type of application and operating conditions.

The BAF line of semi-axial rotors was developed for pumping clean water, turbid water, sludge, raw or screened sewage, and other fluids.
Each rotor geometry is carefully designed to offer the best hydraulic performance according to the characteristics of the pumped fluid.

The Back Pull Out system allows for the disassembly of the rotating assembly without the need to remove the casing from the piping, speeding up maintenance and simplifying component replacement, reducing equipment downtime.

With efficiency up to 86%, the BAF line guarantees low electricity consumption, contributing to reduced operating costs and increased equipment lifespan, thanks to less wear and mechanical stress during operation.

Its hydraulic design allows it to operate with high flow rates and low manometric heads, meeting diverse industrial and sanitation needs.

  • Sanitation and drainage

  • Flood irrigation

  • Water supply

  • Industrial effluents

  • Pumping clean or loaded liquids

In the sugar and ethanol industry, it is widely used in the recirculation processes of fermentation tanks and primary juice.
