RV-RSV Line

The RSV line redefines performance with its semi-recessed rotor (60% inside the casing), optimizing fluid contact to guarantee superior efficiency . It is the ideal choice for demanding applications such as pumping paper pulp, sludge and processes with large volumes of fibers.
Smart Functionality
With an innovative design, only a portion of the flow passes through the rotor, reducing wear and allowing the passage of solids with dimensions close to that of the outlet nozzle.
Rotor 100% Recessed
This feature allows for the pumping of solids without damaging them, enabling the transport of materials such as corn, sludge (in processes that must preserve bacteria), and others
Wear Resistance
The construction with grooves in the flanges, instead of holes, allows the use of high-hardness materials, such as ASTM A 532 CL III NIHARD and ASTM A 743 CA40, ensuring greater wear resistance and a longer pump lifespan.
Versatility of Materials
Available in a variety of materials to meet the specific requirements of each pumped fluid, including ASTM A 743 CF8, CF3, CF8M, CF3M, ASTM A 743 GR CA15, GR. CA40, GR CA6NM, Gray Cast Iron ASTM A-48 CL30/CL35, Nodular Cast Iron, ASTM A 532 CL III NIHARD, among others.
