With horizontal flanges on the bottom body, it allows the set to be completely disassembled, with no need to disassemble the piping. This makes maintenance quicker and simpler. With the sealing chamber aligned to the bearing, the bearing assembly, mechanical seals, shafts, and impellers can be done out of the pump. This approach speeds up the assembly process and makes installation easier, ensuring efficient operation from the beginning.
It is designed with a replaceable gasket chamber, allowing its replacement regardless of the pump body.
This feature makes maintenance more accessible and economical, preserving investment in the long run.
Our project uses staggered impeller fins to avoid pulses in paper manufacture, making it ideal for applications that require precision and uniformity.
It is designed with feet at the center, providing a solid and stable base during installation. This reduces vibration and offers better support for the pump in operation, contributing to a smoother and more efficient functioning
