We present the RSA Semi-Open Impeller Centrifugal Pumps Line, designed to meet many of the several industrial needs. Our pumps are ideal for the efficient pumping of fluids like concentrated paper
pulp, corn startch, vinasse, stillage, and other similar fluids.
The entire line has additional characteristics such as impeller with rear blades, designed to avoid
dirt to enter the sealing chamber, replaceable waste plate making maintenance easier and NU series high-quality bearings ensuring smooth and quiet operation and with great durability

They have the “Back Pull Out” system, allowing the carcass to be separate from the rear part of the pumping without having to disconnect the piping. This makes maintenance easier, giving easy access to internal components, such as the propeller, bearings, and mechanical seal, for inspection or repair.
When the carcass can be removed, the reinstallation is simple and easy, reducing inactivity time and
maintenance costs.
They are built according to the international standards ANSI B73.1, ISSO 2858, and DIN 24256, ensuring
quality and reliability in each project. Ideal for pumping viscous and/or abrasive fluids with small solids.
We offer many possibilities of materials to meet each pumped fluid especificity, including ASTM A 743 CF8, CF3, CF8M, CF3M, ASTM A 743 GR CA15, GR. CA40, GR CA6NM, Gray Cast Iron ASTM A-48
CL30/CL35, Nodular Cast Iron, ASTM A 532 CL III NIHARD, among others
The Multisteel RSA Pumps are designed for high productivity, ensuring maximum use of electrical
energy resulting in a more inexpensive operation.
With a flow capacity of up to 2500m³/h and pressures of up to 220mca, the RSA Line is capable of dealing with a variety of industrial demands, meeting the specific needs of each application.
