Engineered for high durability, reliability and performance, the BAF line is suited to processes that require high flow rates with continuous and safe operation. Its reinforced construction ensures long service life even under severe working conditions.

The pump can operate in horizontal or vertical positions, offering flexibility for different types of installation. The transmission between motor and pump can be made by direct coupling, belt and pulley or cardan shaft. In horizontal configuration, the discharge flange can be positioned according to installation needs. In vertical mounting, the design even allows installation on pontoons. Bearings can be configured for oil or grease lubrication, depending on the application and operating conditions.

The semi-axial impellers of the BAF line have been developed for pumping clean water, turbid water, sludge, raw or screened sewage, among other fluids. Each impeller geometry is carefully designed to deliver the best hydraulic performance according to the characteristics of the pumped fluid.

The Back Pull Out system allows the rotating assembly to be dismantled without removing the casing from the piping, speeding up maintenance and simplifying component replacement, reducing equipment downtime.

With efficiency up to 86%, the BAF line ensures low electrical energy consumption, contributing to the reduction of operating costs and increased equipment life, thanks to less wear and mechanical stress during operation.

Its hydraulic design allows operation with high flow rates and low heads, meeting various industrial and sanitation needs.
