Developed to handle complex and viscous fluids such as paper stock, corn starch, vinasse and wine, these pumps deliver unmatched industrial performance. Its advanced engineering includes an impeller with rear vanes that protects the seal, an easy-to-replace wear plate and high-quality bearings (NU series) ensuring continuous, quiet operation with exceptional durability.
Built to international standards ANSI B73.1, ISO 2858 and DIN 24256, ensuring quality and reliability in every project. Ideal for pumping pasty and/or abrasive fluids with small solids.
We offer several material options to meet the specifics of each pumped fluid, including ASTM A 743 CF8, CF3, CF8M, CF3M, ASTM A 743 GR CA15, GR CA40, GR CA6NM, gray cast iron ASTM A-48 CL30/CL35, ductile iron, ASTM A 532 CL III NiHard, among others.
They feature the “Back Pull Out” system, which allows separation of the casing from the rear of the pump without disconnecting the piping. This facilitates maintenance, providing easy access to internal components such as impeller, bearings and mechanical seal for inspection or repair. With the casing removed, reinstallation is simple and quick, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
