RTK-RAO Line

Horizontal single-stage pump, designed for a wide range of applications, offering high versatility. It can operate with impellers from the RTK and RAO lines in the same casing.

Possible mountings:

• Horizontal bearing-mounted
• Vertical dry-pit and wet-pit in cantilever version

Additional features:

• Rear vanes to compensate axial thrust
• Reduced solids buildup at the rear of the impeller

RTK Line: tubular impellers developed for pumping dirty and dense fluids without the formation of long fibers.

Examples: paper stock up to 4%, honey, molasses, raw sewage, sludge, among others.

RAO Line: open impellers indicated for fluids containing suspended solids, particulates, abrasive fluids and fibers.

Examples: raw sewage, cane juice with bagasse, paper stock up to 7%, among others.

The Back Pull Out system allows the pump to be dismantled without removing the casing from the piping, facilitating maintenance activities and reducing equipment downtime.
